Reflect with us:

Today's reading is Psalm 134 and 146-150. Here's what stood out to me:

The five psalms that conclude the book of Psalms are all hallelujah psalms. They begin and end with "Praise ye the LORD."

We shouldn't put our trust in men, for they perish just like us and can't bring us salvation. By contrast, the LORD can be trusted with our lives...He's Creator, He brings justice; He watches over us; and He sets the prisoner free!

The LORD doesn't take delight in the strength of man or beast but rather in those who fear Him and hope in His steadfast love.

I love that we are all called to praise Him, no matter our age. Even creation can't help but praise Him!

There are numerous reasons we have to praise the LORD and numerous ways to praise the LORD!
