Day 126 | Psalms 89, 96, 100-101, 105, 132
Today's reading is Psalm 89, 96, 100-101, 105 and 132. Here's what stood out to me:
Psalm 89 spoke to the faithfulness of the LORD...I found it repeated at least nine times. Remembering His faithfulness is such an encouragement to me! It reminds me that He is a promise-keeper.
I've always loved that one of the LORD's names is Rock of my Salvation. He cannot be moved! He is constant, despite the ever-changing circumstances in my life.
We are to sing to the LORD. We are to praise Him through worship.
We are to serve the LORD with gladness, not out of guilt or duty. He made us, and we are His, and out of our thankfulness, we get to enter His courts with praise and serve Him!
When we seek His presence continually and remember what He has done, we will joyfully sing and tell others about Him.
