GrowU is a series of courses designed to help you know Jesus more deeply and follow Him more passionately. We are driven by the conviction that the local church ought to be the primary vehicle for discipleship and theological training. These courses are a resource for your personal discipleship as you develop skills in reading Scripture and grow in the disciplines of the Christian life. Courses can also be utilized as tools as you walk alongside others in their discipleship journey, equipping you to share the gospel and serve the Church. You can walk through GrowU courses in community with a cohort, or you can work through the materials flexibly on your own.

We desire that all who take this class grow in their ability to rightly understand and faithfully apply God’s Word. Scripture is not only meant to be read, but to be understood and obeyed. We want to help you handle the Bible with clarity, confidence, and reverence as you grow to know God more deeply through His Word.
We desire to equip you with a practical, repeatable method for studying Scripture—drawing especially from the CAPTOR approach (Context, Analysis, Problems, Themes, Obligation, Reflection). This class is designed to help you move beyond surface-level reading into deeper, more meaningful engagement with the biblical text.
We desire to prepare you to lead others in understanding the Bible—whether in your home, small group, or church context. As you grow in your ability to study Scripture, our goal is that you would also gain the confidence and skill to help others rightly interpret and apply God’s Word in their daily lives.

How do I register for courses?
Thank you for your interest in taking a course! You can follow this link or hit the learning portal button above and they will take you to our learning platform. You must then create an account using your email. After this you are able to register for any course!
To register, click on the course in the library. There will be two options for the course. An individual path and a cohort option. Click on the one you would prefer and then follow the registration steps!

What is the difference between the individual path and the cohorts?
The individual path provides you with the option of taking these courses on your own and at your chosen pace.
The cohort option allows you to take the course alongside others and has built in accountability with the addition of due dates.

Is there a certain order to take the courses in?
There is currently not a certain order in which we recommend taking the courses.
Eventually, there will be multiple course "levels" that reflect how advanced the course is. When this is the case, we will recommend beginning at "level 1" and then moving up as you complete the courses.
