Day 132- The Bible Recap
Day 132 | Psalms 65-67, 69-70
Today's reading is Psalm 65-67 and 69-70. Here's what stood out to me:
When we spend time with Him, "we shall be satisfied with the goodness" of Him and His holiness. 65:4
The LORD is Creator and Provider!
We are to praise the LORD in everything we do. Even inanimate earth honors its Creator. How much more should we?!
Psalm 67 spoke to all the people praising Him. When I read passages like these, I am always imagining what it will be like in heaven when everyone worships Him! How amazing will that be!!
While the language of Psalm 69 seems dire, in verse 13, David recognized in God's timing, He would answer him "in the abundance of His steadfast love" and saving faithfulness.
The LORD has abundant mercy! 69:16
Seeking the LORD revives our hearts. May we rejoice when we seek Him. He is our Help and Deliverer.
