Today's reading is Psalm 32, 51, 86, and 122. Here's what stood out to me:
While asking for forgiveness in any situation is usually very difficult, it is also freeing. When we keep silent about our sin, it eats away at us and just imbeds deeper and deeper.
But with confession comes forgiveness...the heavy burden is lifted by the LORD.
The steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts in the LORD! 32:10
David's sin didn't just affect him; many other lives suffered and were impacted. Sin blinds us to the hurt it can cause others.
Forgiveness creates in us a clean heart and right spirit.
He alone is God. Lord, teach us Your ways so that we might walk in Your truths.
Let us desire to be in Your house Lord and worship You.
